Information we collect

When you connect Google or LinkedIn, we receive the profile information those providers share with us, such as your name, email address, and profile photo, so we can create and maintain your Hirefile account. We also store the resume, application, and profile data you add directly in Hirefile.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate Hirefile: authenticating you, generating resumes and applications, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Your controls

You can disconnect a connected Google or LinkedIn account at any time from your account settings, and you can request deletion of your Hirefile account and its data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Hirefile after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
